【摘要】:1.1Thisstandardisacompilationofgeneralterminologyrelatedtohydrauliccementconcrete,concreteaggregates,andothermaterialsusedinorwithhydrauliccementconcrete.1.2OtherterminologyunderthejurisdictionofCommitteeC09isincludedintwospecializedstandards.TermsrelatingtoconstituentsofconcreteaggregatesaredefinedinDescriptiveNomenclatureC294.Termsrelatingtoconstituentsofaggregatesforradiation-shieldingconcretearedefinedinDescriptiveNomenclatureC638.1.3RelatedterminologyforhydrauliccementisincludedinTerminologyC219.Additionally,theAmericanConcreteInstitutehasanelectronicdocument,ACIConcreteTerminology,whichisupdatedperiodically.WhilethisACITerminologyisausefulresource,itshallnotbereferenceddirectlyinASTMstandardsbecauseitisnotaconsensusdocument.TheuseofindividualACIorotherdefinitionsinASTMstandardsshallbeinaccordancewithFormandStyle,SectionE5.9,Attributions.1.4WhenatermisusedinanASTMstandardforwhichCommitteeC09isresponsible,itisincludedhereinonlyifusedinmorethanoneCommitteeC09standard.1.5DefinitionsthatareadoptedfromthosepublishedbyotherASTMcommitteesorotherstandardsorganizationsareidentifiedwiththeASTMdesignation(forexample,TerminologyC219)orwiththeabbreviationofthenameoftheotherorganization.1.6Adefinitioninthisstandardisastatementofthemeaningofawordorwordgroupexpressedinasinglesentencewithadditionalinformationincludedinnotesordiscussion.Note18212;Thesubcommitteeresponsibleforthisstandardwillreviewdefinitionsonafive-yearbasistodetermineifthedefinitionisstillappropriateasstated.Revisionswillbemadewhendeterminednecessary.Theyearshowninparenthesesattheendofadefinitionindicatestheyearthedefinitionorrevisiontothedefinitionwasapproved.AletterRandayearindicatewhenthedefinitionwasreviewed.Nodateindicatesthetermhasnotyetbeenreviewed.
