【摘要】:Thistestmethodisintendedtotestforcompliancewithcompositionalspecifications.Itisassumedthatallwhousethistestmethodwillbetrainedanalystscapableofperformingcommonlaboratoryproceduresskillfullyandsafely.Itisexpectedthattheworkwillbeperformedinaproperlyequippedlaboratory.1.1Thistestmethodappliestothedeterminationofhydrogenintitaniumandtitaniumalloysinconcentrationsfrom0.0006%to0.0260%.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Forspecifichazards,seeSection9.
