【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationcoverswovenglassfabriccoatedwithfullycuredoleoresinousvarnish,epoxyresin,polyurethaneresin,orpolyesterresin.Excludedarecoatedpolyester-glassfabricandglassfabriccoatedwithsiliconeresinsandsiliconeelastomers.1.2Itisrecognizedthatseveralproperties,notablybreakingstrengthanddielectricstrength,arerelatedtothestyleofbasefabricusedforanyparticularthickness.Thisspecificationhasbeendevelopedformaterialsusingfabricswovenfromrelativelycoarse-filamentyarnsandinsomecasesfromrelativelyopen-weaveconstructions,andpropertyvaluesarefrequentlysomewhatlowerthaniffinerfilamentyarnsorcloserweaveconstructionswereused.Theuseristhereforealertedthatsignificantlyhigherlevelsofperformancetestvaluesmaybeobtainedthroughtheuseoftheselattertypesofalternatebaseconstructions.1.3Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.
