【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardprovidesnumericalmethodstocomplementgraphicaltechniquesinperformingagoodness-of-fittestforWeibulldistributedtimestofailureandgivesanapproximateproceduretoobtainconfidenceintervalsfortheparametersofthetwo-parameterWeibulldistributionwhentheseareestimatedbymaximumlikelihood.Inaddition,itprovidesarecommendedproceduretoobtainlowerconfidencelimitsforthe10%fractilesofthelifetimeandforthereliabilityfunction.Thisstandardisapplicablewheneverarandomsampleofitemsissubjectedtoatestoftimestofailureforthepurposeofestimatingmeasuresofreliabilityperformanceofthepopulationfromwhichtheseitemsweredrawn.
